CW Food/Exercise

✔Healthy dinner (Smallish bites of keto cheesecake for afters)
✔ Rode 5 miles/8km on the bike
✔ Wrote for 30 mins on the Film Noir fic (interrupted by co worker commiseration/overly insistent cat cuddles)
✔ Time for some Lennie Briscoe Law and Order
